How do I use a grade calculator online for free?
Open UtilGenie’s free grade calculator, enter your assignment or exam scores (and weights if needed), then read your class grade or the final score you need. No signup is required.
Average weighted scores and estimate a final
Scores stay in this browser. 90 and above is an A, 80 is a B, 70 is a C, 60 is a D, and below 60 is an F. This is not an official transcript.
You need 130% on the final. That is above 100, so this target is out of reach.

A weighted grade calculator gives some work more influence than the rest. Enter the points you earned, the points that were possible, and a weight for that row. A perfect paper worth three times as much as a quiz, next to a quiz at 50 percent, lands at 87.5 percent on this page. The weight is relative: weights of 3 and 1 behave the same as 30 and 10. That percent is your current class score.
The letter beside the percent uses a plain planning scale. 90 and above is an A, 80 is a B, 70 is a C, 60 is a D, and anything under 60 is an F. There is no plus or minus and no curve. Schools do not all use these letters. Read your syllabus before you treat the letter as official.
The final grade box asks what percent the remaining work needs to hit a target, such as an A or a passing mark you choose. Enter the percent you have now, how much of the course that covers, the weight of the final, and the percent you want. If the final must be above 100, the target is out of reach. A final weight of zero is rejected.
Empty boxes, text that is not a plain number, a score above the possible points, and a negative score are refused. Nothing you type is saved or uploaded. This page stays on one class. It does not average several courses together. For a percent that is not a grade, use the percentage calculator. Clear the rows when you are done if the computer is shared.
A final grade calculator estimates the exam or final score you need to reach a target class grade. Enter your current percent, the weight already done, the final weight, and the target percent. The result is a planning estimate, not an official school record.
A weighted grade calculator applies a weight to each assignment so the class grade reflects how much each score counts. Enter earned points, possible points, and a weight. This page stays on one course.

A final grade calculator estimates the exam or final score you need to reach a target class grade. Use that wedge on this page in body and H2—alongside the main grade calculator H1.
Yes. Enter scores with category or assignment weights so the tool can compute a weighted class grade. Weighted grade calculator is a supporting angle here (strong KD2 entry)—not a separate GPA tool.
No. This page owns course/class grade math only. Do not use GPA calculator as the H1—GPA is separate demand. Use this tool for class scores, weighted grades, and final grade needed.
Yes. Use the final grade calculator flow: enter your current grade, the final’s weight, and your target, then see the score you need. Results are estimates for planning—not official school records.
A grade calculator turns scores and weights into a class grade or final needed. A percentage calculator is general % math. Cross-link percentage-calculator only for standalone percent work—don’t share H1 language.
